KAJANG: A nursery owner has been charged over the abuse of two toddlers and an infant and also for operating the nursery in Bangi without permit.

Photographs of the children lying on the ground, tied up with pieces of white cloth went viral on social media.

The nursery’s supervisor, Nur Azureen Mohamad Nordin, 24, and worker Nurhazirah Mohd Azuki, 25, face three charges each of abetting Sayani in the offence.

They were charged under Section 109 of the Penal Code to be read together with Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001.
